You should avoid taking curd, quit smoking, careful with perfumes should keep the environment clean, they should change their bed spreads and pillow covers regularly.

They should be very careful and keep inhaler with them whenever and wherever they travel.

Its better to avoid pets at home with fur or feathers.

At home you can use air conditioner and reduce the humidity level.
