Ingredients:
- Coconut [grated] 1 cup
- Split gram dal 1 tsp
- Green Chilli 2 0r 3
- Curry leaves few
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 pod
- Cashews few
- Tamarind 2 tsp
Method:
- Grind the grated coconut, green chilli’s, garlic, cashews, tamarind to a coarse paste.
- Add salt according to your taste. Add little water.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves for tempering. When it splutters, pour it to the coconut paste.
