Ginger’s medicinal properties

    Ginger treatment:Ginger has a very good medicinal properties. Listed are some of the home remedies using ginger for pain, stomach disorders and many more. These are some of the age old and homemade remedies practiced by my grandmother.

      1. To get rid off Body pain, tiredness:

    You need: Tulsi leaf, ginger and honey.

    Method:

    Take the juice of tulsi leaf and ginger. Mix it with honey in equal proportion. Have it after your lunch and you will be relieved of body pain and feel rejuvenated.

    2. Vomit, indigestion:

    You need:

    Ginger, Mint leaves, Coriander leaves (Cilantro) and tamarind.

    Method:

    Take all of the ingredients in equal proportion and grind them to a paste. Take it along with your meals.

    3. Dizziness, faint:

    You need:

    Ginger and honey.

    Method:

    Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Heat a pan, and put the ginger pieces into it. For few minutes just stir until ginger shrinks. When ginger shrinks add some honey and stir it for few minutes. When its done strain the water. Take this twice a day.

    4. To live longer and healthier:

    You need:

    Ginger.

    Method:

    Peel the ginger and chop them into small pieces. Store those chopped ginger in a bottle. Daily eat 1 piece chopped ginger twice a day in the morning and evening.

    5. Gas trouble:

    You need:

    Beetroot juice 50 ml, ginger, white Garlic. Crush ginger and garlic to a coarse paste.Mix ginger garlic paste to beetroot juice. Strain the juice and drink it. Follow the above procedure and drink this juice 2 times a day for 4 days.

    6. For cold with headache:

    You need:

    Ginger.

    Method:

    Grind the ginger to a fine paste. Then apply the paste in the forehead. When its dried you can remove it. This is also a good cure for Cold.
