Hey everybody, sorry about my inability to update my blog! I will be updating my blog regularly from hereafter. Here are 5 simple tips to keep in mind for healthy lifestyle: 1. Eat thrice a day with some healthy snacks in between. 2. Daily drink 8 glasses of water. 3. Daily exercise for one hour. 4. Fast for atleast once in 2 weeks. 5. Meditate and pray everyday.
